Lydia Poe is a junior from Shawnee, KS studying finance and management with a minor in Italian studies. When she’s not fiercely defending the better side of Kansas City, she can be found hunting down the best espresso, the worst airport delays, and debating whether coffee can be considered a necessity, a lifestyle, or just her tuition in liquid form.
